Do's

Care for Dignity. (Give only wearable/washed/usable material).
Wash, pack, sanitize & seal your material properly (eg. donot pack shoes, clothes and utensils etc. together).
Attach/add a labelized, itemized list of materials, for us to manage better.
Leave your contact details (name, address, phone no. & email) in a piece of paper with the material.
Fix a time with our dropping centers before bringing/sending materials.
Please call as per the timings/days given by the dropping center.
Only individual contributions in small quantities can be accepted at these centers.
Check expiry dates for medicines and food items before contributing.
Kindly bear with the volunteers in case they take a little extra time in receiving the material due to the ongoing situation.

Don'ts

Wet, dirty or soiled material will not be accepted.
Don't give items like ration, spices loose. Only packed ones to be accepted.
Don't leave material at the door step.
Receipt will only be issued for materials dropped at Neersa offices.
Avoid giving numbers to drivers as calls at odd timing can cause nuisance.
No bulk material/big items, like furniture etc. will be accepted at the dropping centers. Kindly send them to our nearest office.
Don't panic if calls are not answered. Volunteers may be unavailable for personal/official reason. Call up our offices.
Collective contributions from corporation/school/institutions are not accepted at our dropping centers due to limited space. Kindly send them to our nearest office directly.
If you feel feverish, please do not come to drop materials.
Please follow the health guidelines and regulations before dropping the materials.
